This co goes above and beyond we sadly made a claim for a tragic case and they had every right to refuse but looked again at the circumstances and decided to have a change of heart. Many Thanks

Easy to follow with great cover, we have 2 other horses covered with yourselves and have had in the past excellent reaction when those moments arise, peace of mind is always important with Equine insurance.

I have 2 horses with this company and found them offer excellent prices and plans to suit all individuals. Excellent customer service and I have made a claim with these and they were fantastic in response and showed empathy and consideration for your situation. I would not use any other company.

I've never had issues with horse insurance company, I would recommend them, and the only reason I gave 4 star instead of 5 was because E&L didn't send me the correct documents after contacting them 4 times ,so I contacted horse insurance directly and I got documents promptly.
