We're sorry to read your comments about the renewal premium. It's important to acknowledge that the premium for a new customer contains an introductory discount and a new policy would be a break in cover, this must be given consideration when looking at your options at renewal.
Despite the increases you will find our premiums are still competitive.
Apparently it’s clear at the top of the page, but this company default their quotes to LUNAR premiums. Not an industry standard, so interesting choice to do this. Quite an easy way to make the premium seem less and also get 13 payments rather than 12 when the customer assumes it’s a regular calender monthly premium.
Not sure why, as a customer, I would assume anything other than a monthly premium?

Ultimately the advices you've been given regarding the transparency of these policies being lunar monthly are correct.
