Horse around for breast cancer research
15 April 2010 | 0 Responses
Horse riding clubs across the country are being asked to take part in the £100 Riding club Challenge for breast cancer.
The £100 Riding Club Challenge is open to every club, stable and year regardless of its size and it’s easy to get involved. You simply have to hold a fundraising event, and raise a minimum of £100. It could be anything from a sponsored riding event, pink themed dressage competition or a gymkhana for the younger riders.
After being diagnosed with cancer last year Lizzie Addison from Middlesborough held a pink fundraising event which included a raffle and fancy dress, which raised £748.
The challenge has been set at £100, however there are higher levels for the ambitious souls who want to aim higher.
