Hurst Horse Show to host art exhibition

The Hurst Horse Show and Country Fayre will play host to an innovative art display this weekend.
The free exhibition, which has an equestrian theme, will be housed in Hurst Village Hall opening on Saturday June 23rd and running until Sunday to 24th.
The works are a collaboration between various artists, who used the internet to come together.
Julian Renouf of Bledlow used burnt newspaper to create one of the works – called Bareback – which depicts a horse rearing up.
"I try to have a metamorphosis of everyday materials in my work. I like the theme of camouflage too – to make the viewer look deeper," Mr Renouf told Get Wokingham.
The Hurst Horse Show was established more than 30 years ago and it always has a packed programme.
As well as the exhibition, the show will play host to a bouncy castle, face painting, a bar and refreshments.
That is not to mention the horse events that are taking place including showing and show jumping.
