Hunks and Horses calendar raises money for charity
A young couple have coordinated a Hunks and Horses calendar to raise money for Cancer Research UK and World Horse Welfare.
Aaron Crawford and partner Kim Smith decided to launch the project after he suffered from testicular cancer, getting friends on board to pose naked.
Ms Smith's love of horses helped to inform the theme, which sees the men alongside their equine friends.
Mr Crawford told the Scunthorpe Telegraph: "It got a little bit competitive in the gym at times and I was quite nervous at first, but it was a good laugh in the end and we're really happy with it."
Having got her own horse Melody from World Horse Welfare, they decided to split the profits between the two charities.
Melody had lost her mother shortly after she was born, making her entirely reliant on the staff working for the welfare organisation.
So far, the calendars, which are priced at £5 each, have raised nearly £2,000 and if they are all sold, the total will come to £5,000.
