Duke and Duchess of Cambridge to attend Badminton Horse Trials
Organisers of the Mitsubishi Motors Badminton Horse Trials have confirmed that the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge will be among the guests watching the final day's action.
Prince William and his wife Kate will watch the showjumping on the final day of the trials – which run from May 3rd to 7th. They will then present the prizes to the successful competitors.
The visit is one of a number of public engagements in the coming weeks that the pair will be making.
People will be able to get their hands on tickets for the prestigious event from as little as £5 in advance, while the most expensive admission prices for the whole event will be £45.
This year's Badminton is one of the last chances for eventers to impress the Olympic selectors. William's cousin Zara Phillips will be competing and hoping to impress enough to win a place at the Games.
